We provide notary services only and do not offer legal advice. Valid government-issued ID is required, and all signers must be present, willing, and aware. Clients are responsible for document accuracy. Fees (including travel) are due at service unless a deposit has been requested, then remainder will be due at service. Cancellations may incur fees. Completed notarizations are non-refundable. We may refuse service per law. We are not liable for document use. All services comply with state law.
